We have a data base of nearly 4K press contacts which we use on behalf of our collaborators to encourage editorial and press coverage of their work. All articles listed on Windows to the World are sent to the Press as potential editorial for them to encourage greater publicity and interaction of the press with Beyond the Galleries Collaborators.

We have three Twitter sites for Windows, Beyond the Galleries and Events by Invitation where were we tweet out your design work and celebrate your craftsmanship. These are linked to all our websites for Promotion, Direct Sales and Ticket Sales and our events are exclusive to our collaborators only.

Themed Retail Shows exclusive to our collaborators only at Stately Homes around the nation during the Winter and Spring months when we need to be active in the Market Place. The stand prices are £300 + VAT for a two day show with Gala Night and can be applied for once you have become a collaborator on Beyond the Galleries

About Events By Invitation

Events by Invitation has been constructed to be educational, fun and memorable. We feel that our attendees will leave having learnt new skills, seen new and innovative products and be better prepared for the season ahead.

The shows are Themed and Intimate, where our customers will be treated to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Every one of our attendees will be treated like VIPs as we believe our visitors should leave an our event feeling special. The ticket price will include all refreshments, demonstrations, workshops and / or talks.

Supporting some of the very best in British design and craftsmanship, Beyond the Galleries will bring between 25 and 30 or the fabulous British brands. in most cases these products are not available on the High Street and offer a unique shopping experience.

The Venues

These will be at stately homes around the Nation, which are still often family homes not normally open to the public. The VIP invites will be by Invitation only purchased directly from this site or via our booking line 01978 822 990.

Our Packages

Package One

  • Product listing up to 25 items.
  • £495 per annum from the date of signature on the e-commerce agreement.
  • 20% Commission on all sales payable to BTG.
  • Loading up fee included.
  • Any additional upload of products to the package will be charged at cost-to be confirmed on application.

Free Advertising

Looking for free advertising? Why not contribute to our goody bags that are handed out at our event – you can send us your flyers (but people rarely read them) or drop us some pens, keyrings, pads, usb sticks or anything that you think will add value to both our goody bags and your business marketing.

Case Study

We emphasise that whilst we do offer the ability to sell through our sales website, we cannot guarantee that all sales generated by the marketing side of the package will come through us. Instead, we state that the contemporary e-commerce customer is brand savvy and will seek out a brand’s website to make their purchases. We therefore maintain that collaborators should experience an increase in sales via their own website as a result of the marketing performed by Anna Dempsey Designs and Beyond the Galleries. This has been proven with the following case study.

In December 2015 we received a sale through Beyond the Galleries for one of our collaborators products. The collaborator was instantly contacted with the sale details but unfortunately replied stating that the item in question had been sold out and was no longer in stock, and apologised that with the rush of Christmas fairs and markets they had not sent through new stock levels. On contacting the Customer, stated his disappointment at not being able to purchase the item as “he had tried to buy them on our [the brand] site and ended up buying from Beyond because he believed there was stock available”. This occurred in the same day that a tweet about the brand had been sent out on the Windows to the World twitter account
